Germanna Community College students could've enjoyed a day off from school Monday--if they hadn't already been off.
The college was closed due to a heavy snowfall Sunday night, but students and faculty were already on Spring Break. Staff and administrators did get a mini-break of their own, though, when the snow gave them a three-day weekend.

I know it is spring break- but if students want to check out the new NextCare Urgent Care clinic in Fredericksburg, 15 South Gateway Dr., 22406 they can visit this Thursday the 12th.
The open house will have free food, prizes, and tours so students will know where to go for their urgent health care needs when then the clinic opens officially on Monday the 16th. Email tburkett@nextcare.com to RSVP or visit www.nextcare.com
